The house is fully equipped for winter with two wood stoves, heating in the bathroom, and hot air. Outside you can prepare fresh meals on the barbecue and enjoy them on the covered terrace, from which you have a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea and the coastal landscape. Stroll through your lush garden and relax in the fresh air. Due to its excellent location, a selection of shops, restaurants, supermarkets and bars are only a 5-minute walk from the house. The small bay Caló d'es Parral with its pebble beach is only a 1-minute walk away. Those who are looking for sandy beaches and water sports can drive approximately 12 minutes by car to reach the 2 km long sandy beach of Sa Canova. The property is located 5 km from the Llevant Peninsula Natural Park. Parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
